Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding in rules and regulations in two chosen sports. Discuss and Demonstrate the attributes required in sports leadership. Independently prepare and complete a 6 week training focusing on two key areas of development.

Independently partake in a 6 week training program, reviewing strengths and areas of improvement for each session.

Review training program from your 6 week training program. Recognise strengths and areas of improvement. Make suitable recommendations for future training programs.
