Overall Aim, to achieve a Level 1 Award in Caring for Children

- To know what is incorporated in a healthy meal for themselves and families, including food groups (CFC 20)

- To know what are age appropriate art and craft activities (CFC 26)

- To know what health and safety requirements need to met when working with children (CFC 24)

- To know the stages and influences on growth and development for children, from birth to 6 years (CFC 14)
