Objectives:

Students will develop an understanding in the application of fitness testing by undertaking in range of theory and practical based assessments. Students will also broaden their knowledge and on designing fitness training programs based upon individual needs and target setting.

Students will focus on unit 1 / 2 depending on exam results.

Students will be given the opportunity to improve results in units that require work.
