Visitors to our Website:

We use a third party service called Cleverbox to design, publish and host our website. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about users' activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help us improve it.

Social Media:

We use Twitter and YouTube. If comments are available, the rules of these websites apply. The school monitors comments but should you see any inappropriate comments, please report them to

Data collected for school use

Management Information Systems

We only collect the information that we need for the day to day running of the school. The school endeavors to collect data fairly and lawfully. Personal data for staff, students and parents is held within our Management Information System (Capita SIMS:

Specific SIMS data is imported in third party pieces of software like 4Matrix ( to monitor pupil progress and provide further analysis.

We also use SIMS to send student data to the government (Census, Exams). For example, we use A2c Data Exchange ( to communicate exam results.


We use a cloud solution called ParentPay ( for online school payment. Their privacy policy is available here:

Network Data is being backed up overnight using Veeam (
The SIMS server is also securely backed up locally to our servers and then there is an encrypted offsite tape copy.

Closed-circuit television (CCTV)

We collect CCTV footage on site for security and safeguarding reasons.

  • It is not accessed by third parties.
  • Law enforcement agencies may request footage as part of an investigation.
